Yes. Every package includes one filming session at your place each month. We turn up, shoot, and take the footage away to edit. You don't need a camera or any kit of your own.

Yes. Growth includes one session of up to an hour a month. We script it and write the shot list beforehand so the hour gets used properly. Professional gives you three hours and Enterprise five.

It can, because we plan the hour before we arrive. We work through a shot list built around your business and capture a run of short clips back to back. Each reel comes out of that material. It is a fast, efficient way of shooting rather than a full commercial production, which is how it stays at $750 instead of agency rates.

The packages cover one location per session. We can do more, quoted on travel and time. Tell us how your sites are set up on the call and we'll give you a number.

We do. Planning is included on every package. We learn how your business works during onboarding, build the month's calendar, and bring the concepts and shot lists to each shoot. If you have ideas of your own we'll work them in.

Yes. Editing, captions, thumbnails and graphics are all on us. You never get handed raw footage to deal with.

Yes, once you have approved it. We schedule and publish to your included platforms, so you are not logging in to post on a timetable.

Not in the standard packages. Replying to comments and DMs every day is a different kind of ongoing work and would be contracted separately. We will tell you on the call whether we think you need it.

Growth covers Instagram and Facebook. Professional covers up to three platforms and Enterprise up to four. Once you approve a piece we can put it out on all of your included platforms.

Yes, and we insist on it. Nothing goes out until you have looked at the scheduled content. You review the month as a batch, which takes one sitting rather than a trickle of approvals.

Growth and Professional include one revision round per deliverable. Enterprise includes two. We can do more and will quote on the work involved. We would rather say that than pretend revisions are unlimited.

You can buy extra filming sessions. We quote each one on length and location.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee followers, views or sales, because too much of it comes down to your market, your offer and the platforms. What we do guarantee is that the content gets planned, filmed, edited, approved and published every month.

You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We finish and publish anything already made and approved for the period you have paid for.

There is a 3-month initial term, then month to month. We ask for the initial term because one month of posting rarely tells you anything useful. After that you are month to month.

You own the finished content outright. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to.

We cover the western Chicago suburbs, roughly 25 miles around Wheaton, IL. That takes in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Downers Grove, Lombard, Carol Stream and the towns around them. Travel inside that is included. Further out we quote separately.

Most businesses are filming within one to two weeks of signing. Onboarding is a short call, account access and a look through your profiles. Then we plan and book the first shoot.
