Service Agreement Terms

This page summarises the commercial terms we work to. It is a plain summary for reference, not the executed contract — each client signs a written agreement, and that document controls.
Scope and deliverables
Deliverables are set by the package you select:
- Growth — $750/month: 20 original content pieces per month, one on-site filming session up to 1 hour, Instagram and Facebook.
- Professional — $1,750/month: 30 original content pieces per month, one on-site filming session up to 3 hours, Up to 3 platforms.
- Enterprise — $3,500/month: 50 original content pieces per month, one on-site filming session up to 5 hours, Up to 4 platforms.
Filming
Each package includes exactly one on-site filming session per calendar month, capped at the hours above. Sessions are scheduled in advance by agreement. Travel is included within 25 miles of Wheaton, IL; beyond that, travel is quoted separately. You can buy extra filming sessions. We quote each one on length and location.
Revisions
Growth and Professional include 1 revision round per deliverable. Enterprise includes 2. Further revisions are quoted based on the work involved.
Client responsibilities
Delivery depends on you: keeping the scheduled filming session, providing the account access we need to publish, and returning approvals on time. Where those are delayed, delivery timelines move accordingly.
Approvals and publishing
We publish only content you have approved. Approved content may be distributed across all platforms included in your package; cross-posting the same approved piece does not count as an additional original content piece.
Delivery commitment
We commit to producing and scheduling the deliverables in your package each month, as long as filming happens when booked, we have the account access we need, and approvals come back on time. If we miss one through our own fault, we put it right and apply the service credit set out in your agreement.
We make no guarantee of views, followers, engagement, leads or sales.
Not included
The following are outside every standard package unless separately contracted:
- Daily community management
- Replying to comments and DMs
- Paid advertising management
- Ad spend
- Extra shoots on top of the monthly session
- Travel beyond the included service area
- Multi-location or full commercial shoots
Term, billing and cancellation
3-month initial term, then month to month. Billed monthly, in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation we complete and publish content already produced and approved for the paid period.
Content ownership
You own the finished content outright. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to.
