What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, industry, the package you're interested in, your stated social media challenge, and any notes you choose to add. We collect this because you sent it to us in order to be contacted.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Those providers process the data only to provide their service to us. If we later add analytics or a CRM, this page will be updated to name them.
Client social media accounts
If you engage us, we will need access to the social media accounts we manage for you. We use that access only to carry out the agreed work. Access is removed when the engagement ends.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up or, for clients, for the length of the engagement plus any period required for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing wheatonwanderersfc@gmail.com. We'll action it unless we're required to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.
